What happens if I find a fault in my fabric?

Whilst we take every care to ensure that the fabric is free from faults, working with such large amounts of fabric some of these faults do slip through. If you have received a fault in your fabric, contact us through email at idontgiveastitch@hotmail.com Subject: FAULT – with a photo and the location to discuss further options.

NOTE: that if the fault is 5cms from the selvage edge of the fabric this will be deemed as a non fault. Please contact us to discuss further if you believe you have a fault.

What is the Washing Recommendations for laminated fabric?

Please note, whilst our PUL can be washed at 60C, in doing so will cause the PUL to wear faster than that at a lower temperature.

In our extensive experience with PUL, tumble drying PUL to “test” the laminate, in fact exposes the laminated side to the hot dryer drum, and can therefore melt it.

Do you make your own designs?

Yes, in a way majority of our designs we have created, in saying this we purchase the clipart from designers and arrange the design from the artwork. We do also purchase designs already made up to use as some are just too amazing to resist 🙂

Why do you not have characters (Eg: Disney, marvel ect)?

Unlike other companies, we have chose to not supply these copyright designs, these designs if we are named can cause alot of issues unless you have the correct copyright licencing purchased (Usually from the creator).

Can i supply my own design?

Of course!! please do we love to see what others have created and help for you to have the design you want. Please contact us to discuss this as there is a discount for supplying your own artwork to be printed.
